Coming from abroad for a wedding and being vegan, I was quite worried I wouldn’t have anything to eat at all, hearing what food is usually like at weddings in Italy. I was very pleasantly surprised!! I was served something more or less similar to what the other guests had for every course and at the same time (even dessert) - I couldn’t have asked for more!

In Basilicata on the border with Puglia between Matera and Laterza, a structure specialized in weddings where organization and excellence of purely local food reign supreme. From the freshest and first choice raw seafood (so much so that you can smell the scent of the sea) to the tender and very tasty meats, aperitifs, appetizers and first courses cooked and prepared by chefs who know how to masterfully keep time like in a Chopin score and manage 300 guests with an orchestra of waiters trained and attentive to the needs of each guest, all at truly accessible prices. Highly recommended

Well looked after location both inside and outside nothing to complain about spectacular place, on the contrary the service lacked courtesy, they didn't give you time to eat (if one can say so) that they immediately took away your plate without even asking if you had finished until the second one was finished he had a second's pause after making us wait more than an hour to start serving something upon arrival. The icing on the cake was the cocktail with a bracelet like on the children's rides, strictly one each and even if you said with little ice they would look ugly and put it anyway, not to mention the gin put with a dropper, watch out for waste please. All of them are mediocre in my opinion. In essence, insufficient rating, I wouldn't go back

Thanks for everything!! We got married on September 3, 2023 and to this day, after about a month, we still receive compliments on the location, THE FOOD (the raw food made us fall in love 🤤), THE impeccable SERVICE. A special thank you to Michele and Cinzia, the former for guiding us in choosing the menu and for their willingness to satisfy our every request and the latter for the elegance, professionalism and finesse in conducting the service in the room. Not to mention the desserts!! Well done everyone, I highly recommend it.

We really wanted to thank the Parco Diana staff with all our hearts.... and what better way than a review? The location is well-kept from the moment you enter: a free and clean avenue that already makes you perceive the beauty and sumptuousness of the room, the gardens are always very green and tidy, the car park is well-kept and spacious: these are the first impressions, subsequently confirmed as soon as you meet the staff who welcome you and wish you a good day!! There are also large outdoor spaces for aperitifs and cake cutting, beautiful during the day, even more romantic in the evening. The very elegant, spacious, bright room, all the furnishings designed with criteria and taste, matching each other, but you know..... there are so many enchanting locations!! If that's not enough, then let's talk about lunch? For our wedding, August 23, 2023, we received compliments right from the welcome aperitif (calling it an aperitif is too simplistic): - corner of very high quality cured meats; - NON-frozen finger food (no panzerotti, pizzas, croquettes, Ascoli olives, but preparations that are delicious in terms of taste and sight, such as waffles and savory pastries prepared personally by the chef; - cheesemaker's corner with buffalo mozzarella, burrata, mozzarella, cheeses with pistachios and various dried fruit -roast corner with meat and fish -frying corner All super abundant, but served ad hoc with elegance and finesse (not festival style to be clear), many guests were already full like this! Inside the room, from the appetizers to the desserts, the dishes were truly a picture in presentation: an explosion of colours, different for each course, studied and plated with attention not only to the flavours, but also to the presentation. Subsequent steps for an encore and also a trio because we know that in the south we go all out 🤣 Despite the quantities, everything is taken care of in detail, foods characterized by genuine flavours, typical of our tradition, but with cutting-edge combinations, without daring too much to meet the tastes of almost everyone!! We did the lunch test in April, changing our mind a thousand times because we really wanted our guests to feel pampered and perceive the attention and attention to detail that we wanted to guarantee. Faced with our constant requests and sudden changes of mind, never annoyed, fed up or unfriendly attitudes, but always particular attention in reassuring us so that we were convinced and spent our day carefree because everything was in their hands and we didn't have to have any worries. . They helped us with everything, even with ideas for the after-party, advising us and advising us against it, and we did very well to rely on their instructions: it was truly a successful party that neither we, the spouses, nor our guests will easily forget! Many compliments were given to us for the service: tables always tidy and clean, particular attention to the change of cutlery and napkins, no one ever asked for water, wine or drinks because just under half the bottles/jugs were replaced, very kind and helpful waiters. ready to respond to every need of adults and children. Thank you very much, if we went back we would do everything again as it was recommended to us. A special thank you to Davide who welcomed us from the first visit with courtesy, education, professionalism and clarity, continuing in the same vein also during the lunch test, the actual choice of the menu and always ready to answer our thousand calls... in short, thank you for putting up with us and supporting us, we are aware that we were challenging spouses 🤣
